If your item is unsuitable or faulty, you can choose to return your item at any one of our 3 stores or by posting the item back to us.
In store purchases: We allow one week for a full refund and two weeks for an exchange or credit voucher. After two weeks, there is no availability for an exchange or refund.
Online orders: Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your item if you would like to return the item for a refund. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. Once we have received the item, we will refund you within 14 days.
To return your item via post, please return your item with a 'recorded delivery' service to the below address. Any items that have not been sent with this service and are lost, are the customers responsibility.
